You can also use GOhiring without an ATS (= Applicant Tracking System). In this case, you use our standalone solution, GOhiring Multiposting. There is no technical set-up required. Simply create a free account and all available recruiting channels are immediately ready for you to publish your job ads.

GOhiring offers access to more than 1,000 job boards and social media channels to publish your job ads. In our shop you will find both well-known job boards as well as niche channels. You can find an overview of all recruiting channels that can be booked with GOhiring in our job board list. In case you are missing a job board in our shop, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our service team will be happy to help you.

GOhiring Multiposting can also be used if you already work with a recruiting agency. If you have agreed on special conditions (e.g. reduced prices or contingents) for various job boards through your agency, you can enter these directly in GOhiring via our “Frame contracts” feature – allowing you to book job ads at your own best price.

A frame contract exists once you have negotiated individual terms and conditions with external job boards or agencies. Depending on the platform, framework agreements are sometimes called: contingents, budget, recruiter slots or campaign.

If you have already concluded a frame contract with external job boards or agencies, you can enter them in GOhiring and use them with the multiposting function. This means: Post ads via the efficient GOhiring process at your own rates.
