- Be front-line drivers of strategic change — not just partnering with customers, but helping reshape how revenue operations work end-to-end.
- Develop our new CS Playbook and reframe value for customers to unlock measurable impact from our tool.
- Work with our Service team to shape the best customer experience.
- Collaborate with Product as the voice of the customer to keep innovating
