Let’s grow together

Our Product team works at the intersection of design, engineering, and data to shape the core of the GOhiring platform. We build systems that connect different players in the recruiting ecosystem — from Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to job boards and other recruiting channels.

A big part of our work focuses on the platform layer: the backend infrastructure that enables seamless job distribution, reliable integrations, and scalable data flows. At the same time, we continuously improve our customer-facing products, where recruiters manage job promotions, track performance, and make data-driven decisions.

We collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, Design, and our Data teams, leveraging our data warehouse and analytics capabilities to understand user behavior and guide product decisions.

Our goal is to make job distribution more transparent, efficient, and measurable for companies worldwide.

Work cross-functionally

Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and our data team as well as our customer-facing teams and external partners
Translate ideas and feedback into product requirements
Validate solutions through user feedback and experimentation
